A marketing plan is used to calculate and distribute income to its associates based upon the product sales generated by associates and their downline sales organisations. LEO has created a unique and revolutionary marketing plan that is breaking new grounds in the Direct Selling industry.
LEO pays out 56% of all commission able sales.

Bonuses

There are four types of bonuses
1- Team Building Bonus

Paid on the BPs of the products purchased by personally sponsored members (level 1). You will receive 5% bonus on level 1 and 5% on level 2 (except for Basic Status that qualifies you for 5%)

Qualification: Every LEO member qualifies to receive this 5%+5% bonus on level 1 & 2 (Basic member only qualifies for 5% on level 1)
Payment frequency: Paid instantly to the members’ online account
Earning cap: There is no cap on this bonus. A member earns as much as the product sales in his/her level 1 & level2.

2- Network Bonus

Paid on the BPs of the products purchased by any member in your team.

- 10% of lesser team
- 1:2 ratio (2:1)
Qualification: Every LEO, Bronze and above, member qualifies to receive this bonus
Payment frequency: Paid weekly to the members’ online account
Earning cap: There is a weekly payment cap on this bonus depending upon the member’s membership status. Network+Mathing Bonus combined weekly earning cap
Platinum: £15,000
Gold: £10,000
Silver: £2,000
Bronze: £500
Basic: 0

3- Matching Bonus

Paid on the Network Bonus earned by personally sponsored members and so on.

Matching Bonus is 10%-30% (on downlines Network Bonus) on personally sponsored and down through10 Levels.
Qualification: There are two qualification criteria
1: Personal membership status Bronze and/or above
1: Number of personally sponsored Silver and/or above
Payment frequency: Paid weekly to the members’ online account
Earning cap: There is a weekly payment cap on this bonus depending upon the member’s membership status.

Network+Mathing Bonus combined weekly earning cap
Platinum: £15,000
Gold: £10,000
Silver: £2,000
Bronze: £500
Basic: 0

4- Reverse Matching Bonus

Earning cap: There is no weekly payment cap on this bonus.
Payment frequency: Paid weekly to the members’ Reverse Matching account. Once Reverse Matching account reaches at £100, members get an option to either transfer this money to the online account or to transfer this money to the Seed Award account.

Career Awards

There are four types of Career awards

1- Rank Awards

LEO associates accumulate RPs from the products sales in their teams. Upon hitting certain targets LEO awards its members with some Awards and gifts.
Below is the table of requirement of RPs on the lesser team and related award/gift. These awards/gifts are handed over to the achievers at the global LEO events.

2- National Profit-share Awards

National Marketing Director (one of the LEO ranks) start receiving 5% form the National profit-share. When there are more than one National Marketing Directors in a country the profit-share will be pooled to compensate all the qualifiers.

3- Regional Profit-share Awards

Regional Marketing Director (one of the LEO ranks) start receiving 2% form the Regional profit-share. When there are more than one Regional Marketing Directors in the region the profit-share will be pooled to compensate all the qualifiers.

4- Global Profit-share Awards

Global Marketing Director (one of the LEO ranks) start receiving 1% form the Global profit-share. When there are more than one Global Marketing Directors in the region the profit-share will be pooled to compensate all the qualifiers

Entrepreneur Awards
There are four types of Entrepreneur awards

1- Business Ownership Awards

This award has been designed to help LEO associates to start thinking about becoming owner of their own business and to give them the first financial kick start. The award is linked to achieving the Membership Status

This award is unlocked by raising Seed award to the level of £10,000. Once the award is unlocked our LEO associates may withdraw this money to start their own business.

2- Fast Start Awards
This award is also linked to Membership Status but only given when the membership Status is achieved within the first 30-days of joining the business.

Silver £500

This award is unlocked by raising Seed award to the level of £10,000. Once the award is unlocked our LEO associates may withdraw this money to start their own business.

3- Seed Awards
This Award provides extra financial support for our to be entrepreneurs. There are two sources to collect money in this account.

1: Matching % of your own Network Bonus that you earn every week
Platinum 25% of your Network Bonus
Gold 15% of your Network Bonus
Silver 10% of your Network Bonus
2: Reverse Matching Bonus
Platinum 25% of your 7 uplines’ Network Bonus
Gold 25% of your 7 uplines’ Network Bonus
Silver 25% of your 7 uplines’ Network Bonus
Seed award is an unlocking key for Business Ownership Award and Fast Start Award. Simply raise the Seed Award to £10,000 to unlock all three awards.

Qualification: Every LEO, Silver and above, member qualifies to receive this bonus.

Reverse Matching Bonus is 25% on upline’s Network Bonus up to 7 Levels up.

Paid on the Network Bonus earned by a member’s upline.

Products

Membership Status

There are five Membership Statuses for LEO associates. Higher the status the more benefits it carries. LEO does not sell its Membership Status. LEO associates have to work their way up and accumulate SPs to achieve higher Membership Status.

Platinum: Accumulate 5,000SP
Gold: Accumulate 1,000SP
Silver: Accumulate 500SP
Bronze: Accumulate 125SP
Basic: At joining (no SP required)

There are two ways to accumulate SPs
1: Personal purchase – 100% SP of the product purchased
2: Direct sales - % of SP depends on your current Membership Status
Basic Status - 25% SP
Bronze Status – 25% SP
Silver Status – 50% SP
Gold Status – 100% SP
Platinum Status – 100% SP
LEO offers its membership status for lifetime; this means that once you achieve a membership status you will keep forever. In order to achieve membership Status there is no purchase necessary. One may achieve membership status by selling LEO products.

Basic Member:

Is a member who has joined as a free member and purchased any of LEO products.
Membership Status benefits:
Sales and sponsorship: Basic member can sell LEO products and sponsor new members.

Team Building Bonus: Basic member is qualified for 5% Team Building Bonus (no cap) on Level 1. This bonus is paid instantly.

Network Bonus: Basic member is not qualified for Network Bonus

Matching Bonus: Basic member is not qualified for Matching Bonus

Network+Matching Bonus Cap:

Basic member is not qualified for the Network and/or Matching Bonus. Bonus Points (BP) flushing: Basic member’s BP flush every Saturday morning after Pay run for the previous week.

Bronze Member:

Is a member who has accumulated/generated a minimum total of 125SP within 30 days of their starting date or in any 30-day period there after. The accumulated SP, at the end of every 30-day period, will be flushed, if not used for qualification. The new 30-day period begins with zero SP in regard to qualification purposes.
There are two ways to achieve Bronze membership status:

1. Personal purchase: The accumulated SP for all purchases made using the Members personal user name will be valued at 100% towards the member’s Bronze qualification.

2. Purchase by personally sponsored: The accumulated SP for all purchases made by all personally sponsored LEO members will be valued at 25% towards the member’s Bronze qualification.

Membership Status benefits:
Sales and sponsorship: Bronze member can sell LEO products and sponsor new members.

Team Building Bonus: Bronze member is qualified for 5% Team Building Bonus (no cap) on Level 1 and 5% on Level 2. This bonus is paid instantly.

The accumulated SP, at the end of every 30-day period, will be flushed, if not used for qualification. The new 30-day period begins with zero SP in regard to qualification purposes.

There are two ways to achieve Silver membership status:

1. Personal purchase: The accumulated SP for all purchases made using the Members personal user name will be valued at 100% towards the member’s Silver qualification.

2. Purchase by personally sponsored: The accumulated SP for all purchases made by all personally

sponsored LEO members will be valued at 25% towards the member’s Silver qualification.

2. Purchase by personally sponsored: The accumulated SP for all purchases made by all personally sponsored LEO members will be valued at 50% (if your current Status is Silver) or 25% (if your current Status is Bronze or Basic) towards the member’s Gold qualification.

Sales and sponsorship: Gold member can sell LEO products and sponsor new members.

Team Building Bonus: Gold member is qualified for 5% Team Building Bonus (no cap) on Level 1 and 5% on Level 2. This bonus is paid instantly.
